Bob Hartford
Bob has been involved in local real estate and building since 1978. He holds a N.C. General Contractor's License, N.C. Real Estate Broker License and LEED Green Associate certification. (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) From sun room additions in the 80's to a solar co-housing community in the 90's and presently North Carolina's largest active solar home community, Bob has been designing and building "solar" for nearly three decades.
Currently, Bob's focus is on bringing energy efficient solar housing to the mainstream American market. Solving the puzzle of comfortable living spaces, functionality, gracious design and energy efficiency is a challenge for each client and each building site.
