Many of our best designs have come from our clients' visions of room placement, size and flow. Design services are included, at no extra charge, in the cost of a new solar home in Bingham Ridge.

Custom design services are available for new homes and renovations on property you may already own or live in as well. A design process can be tailored to meet your needs that includes a forward looking budget plan. Complete structural engineering is part of all completed design projects. Bob has over twenty five years of experience in residential design,  focusing on energy efficient bulidings that meet the lifestyle requirements of his clients. Bob is LEED certified as well.
